Please read the reviews from the people he has burnt and believe them !!! He does just as they say, takes your money and makes false promises and never communicates with you. He declined a plea offer on behalf of my finance and NEVER even discussed the offer with him. Which then resulted in him being served LWOP. He is serving double the time he should have had to because of Toney lack of due diligence. He has cussed myself and several family members out who call on behalf of the incarcerated. We eventually released him and had to hire a new lawyer. Thousands of dollars down the drain. We all should be able to come together to speak on behalf of eachother for insufficient counsel somehow. Very concerning how unethical this attorney is. Manipulates individuals that may be new or not familiar with the judicial system. Has no care for his clients, requesting money for things that should be included with retainer fee. Goes around the world when being asked about specifics even when you have been giving permission to speak directly to him on behalf of his client. This is the worst experience of my life. Something needs to be done.

This man is very unprofessional, money hungry, tell lies, & is a manipulator. He acted as if I bought him money the next day after talking to him that he would put certain paperwork in on my fiancé behalf. (Called me multiple times, laughing, joking)Which needed to be in within 10 days what he said. He did nothing he said, refuse to give me a refund, and BLOCKED ME FROM CALLING AFTER RECEIVING MY MONEY. I’ve filed a complaint with Office of Disciplinary Counsel, because even after reaching out from someone else’s phone the man started yelling his beyond disrespectful & don’t correct him on bs. He can’t handle it!!! Do not hire this Guy!!!!!

Does not answer his phone. If he does, he might just cuss you out. He gives his client no information about the case, but he takes your money and wants more. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!!!! I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE HIM 1 STAR. Very unprofessional.

Terrible!Takes your money and does nothing!! He needs to be put out of practice Didn't even get a call from him and took thousands of dollars from our family Pos!!!
