I sold a rental property to a tenant on a sales agreement, then a few months later he died and I couldn’t find a lawyer in town that would touch this problem until I ran across Marcus. He was great, the staff was also very professional and have been at that firm for many years.
Very knowledgeable and courteous. True professionals who care about their clients. Responsive staff who are quick to respond to scheduling needs. Fair and reasonable prices for their services. Would recommend to family and friends.
These people are the best. Very professional yet approachable so i feel comfortable in their presence. We have all our real estate closings and wills done here for our entire family.
Very rude, we went to him with a problem and he ended up taking the opponents side. He WILL go behind your back. AND EVERY TIME we went in to talk it was like the first time again. Would NOT recommend MCKNIGHT. We figured out our situation on our own with out him.
