I am not from the area and received a ticket after an accident for minor property damage. I received some instructions from an officer to have my insurance send this office a letter stating the damages are going to be covered. Seemingly simple enough. I called after sending the letter to verify that was all they needed. The woman who answered gave the impression that she was going to be helpful, but the more I tried to explain my situation, the more combative she became out of nowhere. She said that I have to be physically present with the ticket and proof that the damages were paid off. I was trying to ask clarifying questions, but she would cut me off and say that I need to either be there in person or hire an attorney and to google my questions because she can’t provide legal advice. Which one of you is going to come tell a 16 year old rape victim that you're closing the case for lack of evidence when you won't take her cell phone to do that fancy "cell tower ping" that was mentioned in an email to me?

This office is absolutely ridiculous, I was a victim of ID theft, 4 years ago...The last thing that needs to be cleared can only be cleared by this office..I was told today by Kimberly that I refused to testify so this conversation is over and I was hung up on! For the 2nd time, I AM THE VICTIM, I don't understand. I've been pleading for help for 4 years. They still have my info mixed up with the person that did this do me! I've been through hell as a result of this office being vindictive and not doing their jobs! I've left countless messages with no return, Why don't you want to HELP a victim? It's okay to make mistakes just correct them.

Trash, staff are rude, don’t give correct answers. Back back and fourth with transfers, regarding traffic matter.
