When searching for a new attorney, my key priority was finding someone skilled and capable of basic, timely communication. Before partnering with Intermountain Legal, I was transparent about the importance of timely updates. From the start, there were warning signs. Alyssa and Celeste lost the signed contract (that did have glaring typos) and required me to come back in to re-sign (with the same typos). When filings were made in court, I was notified well past the halfway point of the response period. When I asked why, the reply was: "Sorry, it wasn't made available immediately." Either the court notification system was faulty, or the firm failed to provide timely communication.
