Jane helped my siblings and I when we had to sell our family house after Dad passed away. It turned out that the sale process was very accelerated (3 weeks) because the buyer wanted to close fast. Jane put together all the documentation and handled all the processing of them and negotiations with the buyer's attorney and the myriad of other tasks required to make the closing happen on time. She was very responsive and knowledgeable. She told me the cost up front and stuck to it. I'm very glad the estate lawyer we were working with recommended Jane (as did our real estate agent).
