I have been dealing with Stacy Caudle with the closing of land. The final situation being the worse. She put a multi thousand dollar check in the regular mail with no documentation for the recipient such as tracking, being certified, etc. Now being over 2wks. of being sent, it still has not been received. When confronted, she had a very nonchalant and lackadaisical attitude. I found this to be hugely unprofessional and careless. Throughout this process, I found her to be rude and abrasive. It's so much easier to be kind than not. She needs to practice that when dealing with clients.. I finally was able to communicate with Mr. Inman. He was wonderful and quick to resolve the issue.
