Two stars based on my limited experience. I called in need of legal advice to avoid a contract dispute escalating. I went through the very long intake process, but was never called back in a week. I called and was told my paperwork was lost but I had been assigned to an attorney and would be communicated with the following day. Almost another week later and still nothing so I called back and was told that their notes said my case was rejected but that they were supposed to refer to me to somebody else but never had. Very nice people but because of this I have passed an important legal deadline while waiting for them.
