I reached out online to get basic information and it’s been constant calls from an outsourced company outside the United States. I tried to talk to someone local with zero luck. This morning the lady was asking a lot of personal information questions and I said I’m not comfortable giving that information when I’m just trying to get basic info. She got pissed and I said I’ll go with someone else she hung up on me. I tried calling the Meridian number again it goes to another country. Seems like a scam or something.

They only care about you filling your retainer. The entire process with them left me confused and in the dark. Mandatory items were provided to them by me and then never provided to the judge on multiple occasions. They are extremely fast about notifying you about your debt to them, and will include late fees even if you are waiting on their response about items prior to paying. Payment is due within a week of them notifying you of your debt. Over $15k and it amounted to literally nothing happening. They also agreed on a certain payment plan, then removed themselves as my lawyer due to unpaid bills, completely ignoring the agreed plan that allegedly was approved by Joe himself. Super shady business practices. Swapped my lawyer halfway through because he was removed from the company. Chat G

*Update* This went from 5 stars to 1 star. To sum it up, Frick now has his paralegals doing most of the work. They failed to provide me documenation. Because of this, Joe dropped my case because he thought I was uncooperative and split with the rest of my money. He's hard to get a hold of. He did not show up to one of my court dates. The tryst and loyalty were not there. Take your chances if you want but is it worth losing your case. I want to thank this Law Firm for the representation in my case. Joe Frick and his team did a great job with my case. They understood what I wanted from the outcome and they successfully delivered. Joe was great to work with. We were able to do a video call and discuss my circumstances. He was understanding and was able to breakdown everything that I needed to know and what my best options were. They were prompt with their work and were very professional.
