My experience with this law office was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend them. From the beginning, I clearly told the secretary not to start working on my case until I confirmed that I had found a co-sponsor. She agreed and told me they would not begin any work until everything was ready. However, later I was told that they had already worked on the case and charged me for it, even though I never gave permission to start. When I asked about this, the communication became very unprofessional. The secretary was rude and dismissive, and I felt that my situation was not respected at all.
