Horrible experience during closing. Attorney was being a comedian the entire time but low key throwing cheap shots. Never have I ever experienced unprofessionalism. Utterly disgusted.

This law firm is highly incompetent. We closed on our house and they 'snail mailed' our closing documents to the POA firm. 8 days later the POA still hadn't received the documents. I received the documents electronically the next day. This caused a delay in setting up access to facilities that I had already paid for. Next, I needed a 'Certificate of Occupancy,' which I was told was needed to close on the house. I had to get my realtor involved to get them to send me the document (which was not included in the closing documents). This again, delayed my services in the POA and cost me money. I would stay away from these rookies at all costs!

We had a nightmare of a closing today with Hutchens. We worked with Tina and were left scrambling to get things done. We did a mail-away closing that was sent out Friday morning and we never received a tracking number for the package. This morning rolls around and the documents had not arrived. We had a notary scheduled at 1030 to complete the documents with us. Tina was able to email the documents to us so we could have the notary print them before meeting. We met with the notary and completed the documents and submitted them for review to Tina and the mortgage broker. That is when we found out that Tina had forgotten to send a portion of the packet. I have had the pleasure to work with Emily Price for 2 closings and she has proven most effective and informative throughout the process. I appreciate her advice and explanations on the closing documents throughout. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great Real Estate attorney!

Went in for a consultation and she quoted me a price and told me she could help but when I called to book an appt, her assistant told me that she was overbooked and busy. So I waited a few wks and called back to be told that she will be busy for months and couldn’t take my case. So basically I wasted my consultation fee of $100 and now have to start from scratch with a new lawyer. Waste of time and money👎🏽
