Now that I was officially able to close on my home, I’m going to make this review. 😂. If I could give 0 stars I would, the firm has done nothing but give me, my boyfriend, my realtor, the seller, and just about anyone else you can think of the run around when it came to closing. Imagine waiting less than 24 hrs to be told by your realtor you won’t close on the day you expected to because the attorney ‘found’ a lien that actually did not exist! Continuously have to send emails everyday to receive an update and have urgency on the issue at hand. Having to push back closing day almost month after moving out of your apartment if you continued to deal with shenanigans and ppl lying about what information they have not received. Ppl who are supposed to be experts in the field don’t even know wha

I was PCSing from out of country looking for a home to buy in Fayetteville and got in touch with Matt Barrett. He went above and beyond for me and because of the time difference he would contact my father to let him know what was going on. I could not have found a better realtor for my first home. The entire team here was amazing! When I closed on my house they made it so simple for me knowing the stress that comes with moving in the military. I can't say enough great things about this firm and especially Matt.

They filed eviction papers although I had only been on the apartment for a month and I could never get a complete answer about the amount owed and for what fr their client United Management. Tried talking to attorney and she was in no way wanting to look at the facts that the money was paid and papers filed unnecessarily.

This firm handled the sale of our home. Once sold, we were told that they would contact us about our proceeds. They never did. We had to call twice to be told that our money was waiting for us. When I asked why they had been sitting on our money for a week, I was told that they had no way of knowing that answer. Not professional at all! Avoid at all costs!

Julia at the front desk is just the most wonderful person in the world. Always in a great mood and know exactly how to help you. The attorneys were great helping me to get a deed transfered. Woul definitely recommend
