It was not our decision, but unfortunately our closing was thru this firm. Thankfully, our realtor and financing team were there to help us out. Otherwise, it would have been an even bigger mess than it was. Frankly we had issues with them almost from the start. Some of the paperwork somehow disappeared at first. We then got that straightened out and thought that we were good to go.
