In all of my numerous real estate transactions, I have never had a worse experience with legal representation than I had with Lindsay DeSantis. To her, I was nothing more than another file on her desk. Though she was retained by my agent for a house closing, we did not speak over the phone or face to face; I was practically ignored by her during every attempt I had made at contacting her directly. On the day of the house closing, even though I arrived at her office earlier than planned, she still sent another lawyer from the firm to have me sign documents. She didn't even have the common courtesy to come to the waiting room to meet me and answer the questions that I told the receptionist I had for Lindsay during our scheduled appointment time.
