I have been making payments for the last 6 months with no issues. My issue with this office came when i was working with them to create a settlement/payoff. I was first told that i needed to speak to a specific representative . I dont remember her name but she was an older woman who had a British accent. She was so rude and nasty to me over the phone on the 4 occasions i spoke to her. She clearly did NOT want to work anything out with me, she had no communication skills and would not put in settlement offers that i was making and would make snarky little comments when i would try to work out a payment plan. Recently sent these people a final check to settle my account. I enclosed this with a letter. The check was more than my monthly payment. The check was returned uncashed with a letter stating that the final amount was more than the agreement I signed. Why didn't they cash the check and credit my account?

No actually acknowledgement that they received the payment when you submit the payment. They should join 21st century technology by allowing payment by debit card. Almost no one writes checks anymore. SMH(shaking my head).

LOOK UP CORPORATE THEFT their photo should be there. Folks that plowed 2k are suddenly hit with 4 to 8k in illegal fees , unauthorized charges .
