Mr Timothy told my parents he wanted to file contempt and purgery but he never came threw just string us along ! He does not return messages and when we finally nailed him down for an appointment he didn't remeber telling my parents and I he was going to file anything ! He never put ANY of our request in writing saying he'll say it all on the day of when we specifically told him no we want you to keep your word and officially file. He didn't return my dad's email nor mine then finally cones back with I don't know what you want me to do .. hhjummm read the emails, texts and folliw threw.
