This is the most unprofessional lawfirm I've ever encountered. First, let me state that I am a claimant, in other words on the opposite side of this defense firm. What this firm seems to forget, particularly Scott Miller, is that you do not have to agree with the other side, BUT you must be respectful. Mr. Miller is not. His insurer/client has failed to pay funds that Mr. Miller stated they would pay, at a mediation. My attorney, the mediator and me heard him state they would be paying effective the date of my surgery. He lied. No payment ever arrived. Additionally, my attorney emailed Mr. MIller twice asking about these payments. Mr. Miller ignored him. This is not only unprofessional, it's rude.
