A positive experience with a law firm! Special Kudos to Jessica! My case was filed months after I picked up a charge and she diligently looked up my case every week for months to give me peace of mind. Unfortunately, after 4 months fresh charges were filed and she put me in touch with Jonathan. Jonathan wasn’t as quick to get me off the phone as most lawyers and answered my long litany of questions. He had a good relationship with the prosecutor and got my case dropped to deferred dismissal and now it’s officially been dismissed. Hello folks, just wanted to share my experience with you all, because choosing an attorney can be a very stressful and important decision. Mr. Howes represented me on a case some several years ago, one that was dismissed in August of 21. Here's the problem. I had a vehicle impounded by the oft civil rights violating Michigan City Police Dept in January of 21. Now since this case was dismissed, meaning for all practical purposes it never happened.
