Called needing assistance with a real estate contract, and was told someone would contact me back by the end of the day. Didn't hear from anybody so I called back the afternoon of the following day. Set up an appointment for the 20th, ask them to please send me an email confirmation as I was driving at the time. Never received the email confirmation. Called back this morning and was told that the email confirmation was arrive before the 20th...? That's not a confirmation. All I needed was a real estate contract looked over, and I was willing to pay top dollar for it. Crazy way to do business.
