The lady at the front desk seemed annoyed by my call for help and honestly heartless. Once she heard the citations I received I could just hear the disapproval and uncaring tone in her voice. Once she told me how much it would be for their help, and I said okay thank you, she didn’t even say good bye. Just a simple “mmhm” and hung up before I could say anything else. I never said I couldn’t afford them by the way, just thought I’d ask if they offered pro bono or affordable pricing. I assume after she heard what the citations were she judged me and didn’t wanna hear anything else. Glad I won’t be giving my money to them. The success of a place starts with the front desk people. You could stand to be a little kinder.
