This office is highly unprofessional and lacks urgency in handling crucial immigration matters. Communication is poor, and no one is assigned to your case. They failed to file a substitution of attorney, causing a significant delay. Additionally, the attorney showed up in court unprepared and uninformed, unable to properly answer the judge’s questions. They are inexperienced in immigration/asylum cases and their lack of follow-up is unacceptable. Everything is delayed unless you push them repeatedly. In short, they are incompetent and unreliable. Too expensive.
