I explained I needed professional advice about a potentially complex problem with attendant paperwork, and time was of the essence. I thought I would get an appointment within about two weeks time. I was told I could have a phone appointment in six weeks. I had done business with all of the previous attorneys who owned this practice since the late 1970's. After I contacted another attorney with similar qualifications I was able to get a face to face meeting right away.

For privacy reasons a request was made not to send legal documents via daily mail. Alternate arrangements were specified. Unfortunately the document in question was sent via mail and the result was precisely what the client was trying to avoid. Sometimes those who are most vulnerable do not have the option of privately making their own decisions.

Doing my Drivers License Restoration and Mr. Rusk is thorough and professional. Very knowledgeable about license restoration along with being reasonable on price. Would go to Rusk and Horton for any law issues .
