David did a great job on our stuff and handled it professionally and in a timely manner. We got an even better outcome than we had hoped for with our case. We went to trial in a civil suit that we brought against the defendants and at trial he was perfection.

He is the rudest, most unprofessional liar in the business. A lawyer you pay for isn't supposed to plot against his clients, make deals behind your back (with his lawyer buddies), and never involve you in any of the process. He kept impertinent information from me, including the court date, and lied about what the outcome was. He won't answer your calls nor call you back, especially after you've found out what he's done to you. I literally would have done better with no representation at all, he cost me more money than what was originally stated because he offered and agreed to it without my knowledge or consent. Your better off going ANYWHERE ELSE.

I would have been better off representing myself and would have saved thousands of dollars. He blew off anything I asked him to do and would just tell me to " bring my checkbook" which my dumb self did because I was under the impression that he was trying to help me , Boy was I wrong, I have emailed him a few times pointing out facts and asking for some of the thousands he cost me back. No response

Mr. Horton is a respected member of the Bar and does a good job for his clients.
