I had an appointment scheduled with them earlier this year. I was emailed a few days before my appointment and notified they had to cancel my appointment because the Attorney (Mr Horn) I was supposed to meet with was going to be out of town. No big deal, so we rescheduled. About a week before I was scheduled to then meet, I had to cancel because I had to travel out of town. Karen responded by stating "...if this appointment is cancelled he will not reschedule". Seems it is ok for this group to cancel an appointment, but not ok for me to cancel and ask for a reschedule without a stern response.

Melissa helped my wife and I rework our wills. Will have to ask our kids some day how she did!

My husband and I own a small business and needed help collecting money from a client who caused damages to one of our rental vans. We used Sadie and this process took over a year. We understand it’s not a quick process but we were not happy at all with Sadie. Lacks communication, confidence and using her ended up costing us thousands! We had to come up with our own solutions and it was because of us requesting a certified letter to our clients that finally got us paid. Please reconsider using this law firm or at the very least this attorney! Running a small business isn’t easy and the added stress didn’t help! We will be obtaining a new law firm going forward!

Everyone is very personable and friendly. We had so many questions when we first with H. Matthew Horne, he not only answered all questions but also added additional information as we are dealing with my father in law's health issues and needing to obtain Power of Attorney. Hands down the best law firm to use, the compassion and understanding is superb.
