Dealing with Horlacher Jewelers was a top notch experience. Nate was very helpful over the phone and answered my questions with detail. When I arrived I met with Jeff. He was welcoming and just as helpful. He presented me with many options and educated me along the way to help me choose the best gift. They are craftsmen and do a lot of awesome work in house. The support they offer for sizing and care is better than what I expected. I spent some time talking with Jeff and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else next time I'm shopping for jewelery. If you do not have more money than you know what to do with then do not bother walking in the door. My friend had an awful experience with Horlacher Jewelers. They lost her wedding band and left her with nothing but her engagement ring on the day of her wedding. The engagement ring was also handed over scratched which she commented on and the owner handed back only saying "Yes, it is a beautiful ring". You are only treated with respect at Horlacher Jewelers by the owner if you can afford to pay his price.

Anything you want, Jeff will make it happen for you! He and Nate will go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want! From jewelry repairs to creating custom pieces I have always been extremely happy with everything Horlachers have done for us! Highly recommend!
