I used this landlord-tenant law firm to help remove a tenant from my mother’s two-family home in Queens, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. This was my first time going through this process, so I was very nervous, but they truly guided me every step of the way. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was excellent—they were always responsive by email or phone and took the time to explain each stage clearly. The entire process was much smoother and more pleasant than I ever expected. I would absolutely recommend this firm to anyone in need of knowledgeable and reliable landlord-tenant attorneys.

They made a fool of themself in Landlord-tenant court against me, a young pro-se defendant (tenant). Not only did they sign under penalty perjury (easily proven) FALSE info in their petition, but wrote a version of the same thing THRICE in the stip, for which he was mocked by an incredulous judge who swiftly crossed out all the repeats. Their "attorney" tried to sneak into the written stipulation the words "WITH prejudice", when the judge & I explicitly agreed in my right to be able to sue at a later date! The judge then admonished the lawyer's incompetence and outright dishonest behavior, editing the stip yet again and actually defining the the legal terms for him! I believe this law firm/debt collection agency is a sham. Or at the very least in cahoots with Charles “Chuck” Gedinsky, manager of Crown Park Realty LLC, to intimidate and harass tenants. They sent me a notice of collection of a debt supposedly owed to Crown Park Realty LLC and my only way of disputing was to mail a letter. I called 3 times to ask if there were other options i.e. website, email and no one ever called back. I went ahead and wrote and mailed the letter. I called a fourth time to request receipt of letter. No response. I called again today for the same. Again, no response. I also find it very strange how a copy of said debt collection notice was left on my door (not in an envelope, mind you, but for all my neighbors to see) before I even received the certified letter in the
