Horan & Horan

I'm sorry to say but this business has the absolute worse customer service. I don't recommend and I will never use them again. I spent quite a bit of money with Kevin Horan awhile back when a family member needed help. He made promises to do certain things and never followed through. I live in a different state from where their law firm and the court is in so I really depended on the promises he made. Not only did he not do what he promised but he ignored my emails, texts and phone calls. He would not respond to me, not even one time after he got his money. It's been awhile now but I am still majorly disappointed in Mr. Horan. He was so highly recommended to us and we were told he treated his clients like gold and he could be trusted completely. This firm is a joke! Maybe I should use the term scam. After speaking with Mr. Powell and his convincing sales pitch of how he could possibly help with a relative’s legal matter I wired a retainer fee in the spring of 2018. He charged thousands of dollars to read and reread transcripts but never did a thing to address the matter for which he was hired.

Mr powell is awesome i got into trouble with the game wardens . Mr powell started working on my case right away , even after i told him i wouldnt have the retainer fee until a month later ! I would recommend him to anyone!! Great people !!

I called to clarify certain information regarding a case and the man that answered by the name of Sandy was rude and unprofessional which is unacceptable in the professional world of good ethics. I feel the law firm should certainly work on the way they respond to people that are asking simple questions. "Stars" none. I put 1 star only because it wouldn't let me post it without one.
