Hope Law Firm...I highly recommend! Ryan and Shelby are exceptional in all aspects of how a professional should be. I was treated with dignity and respect. They answered all of my questions and concerns and made sure I understood the process as we were going through it all. I’m disappointed by the firm’s claim of being “open 24/7.” In my experience, that simply hasn’t been true. After 5pm, every call I’ve made has gone straight to voicemail, followed by the same three messages on loop.. Clear, accurate communication should be the bare minimum. If the office isn’t actually staffed after hours, the listing should reflect that. It would be far more helpful (and far more honest) for clients to know the real availability instead of relying on a 24/7 label that doesn’t match the service provided. Disappointing.
