I had an outstanding experience with this office. The environment was well adapted to conform with health and safety guidelines. All of the staff was respectful and courteous. Their professionalism went above and beyond. I don't know a lot of legal jargon but when I had a question, Hoop's took the time to explain any and all questions I inevitably had. I called Mr. Jensen with a concern several weeks ago. He didn't take the call or respond to me personally but passed the appropriate information to his assistant. She gave me his guidelines and his suggestions for my husband's issue and encouraged me to call back for legal help if this didn't work. There was no charge for this free and albeit improved quality of life legal advice. It was just right and solved our issue with a medical equipment company without any more angst. Thank you, thank you, thank you! He took the time, he gave good advice and there was no charge. Not that I am suggesting one shouldn't pay for legal advice, one should, of course. I do feel that the firm is fair and ethical and interested in their client's well being.
