I was quoted a price by the lawyer and receptionist. The consultation and service happened same day. They both told me it would go to the fee of service. I paid that and additional for filing I asked numerous times to the attorney if there would be any additional charges. They said no that should cover it. I then get a bill for sixty some dollars. I call and they said it was 200 and something and that the 300 was just a consultation fee. So not only was I lied to they baited and switched on what they said to me and what they sent as an original bill. I would not trust them to do anything else for me given at that time they knew I was in a curable state because I just lost a loved one.
