Honest Public Adjusting was phenomenal to work with! I didn't know you could hire someone to help manage a home owner's insurance claim, I'm so glad someone recommended them to me. We had a pipe leak from a bathroom into a closet. It flooded the floor, soaked the carpet, baseboards, and drywall, and ruined a lot of our stuff. The insurance company was both very slow and very difficult to work with. Derald handled everything promptly. He is very knowledgeable about the process. He was firm and respectful but kept advocating for an amount that would actually cover our damages. We're so happy with the results!
