I would not recommend working with them. They wasted 3-4 months of my time, and ultimately gave up and dropped us. I had to follow up and multiple gaps of weeks or even a month with no word from them. Poor communication and poor follow-up. Multiple times they gave me false information in writing. One time was saying XYZ record didn't exist as the hospital told them that they didn't have it, well I later got it. It is important to note that this specific medical record is probably the most important piece of evidence that can confirm or deny what actually happened. I cannot overstate how ridiculous it is that they just gave up trying to get it. Had to get another lawyer who knew what they were doing and got it within 2 weeks. They are good lawyers, But I was totally at awe when I was locked out of the office as my immediate family was settling the case, they were deaf. I was personally referred by another attorney I've worked with to take my family there. Wasn't truly transparent. Make sure you see your settlement check before they offer you what they feel.
