**INCOMPETENT** ZERO stars more accurately reflects how "poor" our experience was! Hired them (as Sellers) for a simple residential closing. Over the two months prior to closing they were impossible to contact; not once did they answer their office phone. Even after multiple emails and phone messages were left; nothing! A week prior to closing finally a call back - to tell us they wouldn't be there! At closing we discovered they hadn't set the deposit check & they botched the payoff docs!
