I'm a Mortgage Lender. I requested a litigation disclosure letter from This Firm. I wasn't expecting much. My experience with attorneys representing condos is that they don't respond to requests from mortgage companies. These guys are the only exception. Not only did a person answer the phone, but once I requested the letter, I received it within an hour. Truly unexpected great service. If your a board member or property manager, I suggest you make them your Firm.
Carlos Lopez is an exceptional Attorney, very knowledgeable in condo law!
Really didn’t like how Carlos talked to us, wasn’t very pleasant.
