I contacted them about an issue with the Board of Education. Mr. Hoffman called me back personally and after speaking with him I felt very confident that his firm could help me. And they did. I retained James Carter and found him to be extremely knowledgeable, understanding and caring about our situation. He handled our case expertly and at a reasonable price.

*Unethical business practices* This law firm was very disappointing to work with. I give two stars because at least some of the work was done, I guess. In the beginning, Mr. Hoffman was very responsive and helpful. By the end, I was receiving little to NO responses to my questions and emails about work that was left incomplete. Eventually, I was just ignored all together with some aspects of the work still not completed. They are still hassling me to pay a small balance of which was not only already paid, but my case was left with loose ends. No one has ever contacted me to tie up the loose ends, but will contact me for money.

I am currently represented by Attorney James Carter, with assistance from his secretary, Jeanine Curry. Thus far, they have demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clear communication, and genuine commitment to my case. Their attention to detail and responsiveness have given me great confidence in their representation.
