Very Professional staff

I submitted my information through the Contact Us form on their website regarding a tax audit matter and waited for a response, but no one contacted me. I then called their office twice to follow up. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone did not even try to listen to what I was saying and hung up on me both times before I could explain the situation. I understand my English may not be perfect, but basic professionalism and courtesy should still apply. I was simply asking them to check the information I had already submitted and contact me back. The way I was treated was extremely dismissive and unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential clients who are asking for help, it raises serious concerns about their customer service.
