Under my circumstances I had the best experience I could have ever hoped for. I was referred to Hodges McEachern and King by two friends in law enforcement. I was the caretaker of my dad. He had a major surgery and a family member came to town to help me care for him. In 3 weeks time she had taken my dad to an attorney and had a new trust and will written giving everything to herself. Mr King and the firms team went to work for me. During this fight my dad passed away. I was broken and just wanted to give up. Mr King and his team lifted a heavyweight off of me during this time. Every time I called with questions someone always answered the phone and gave me an answer. They worked diligently and the outcome was much better than I could have ever expected. Christina managed my estate when my husband died. Recently she created and executed my will and financial power of attorney. She was very professional, thorough, and explained every step. I would highly recommend her.

Counsel was knowledgeable and expectations met first and foremost. Was not an easy process but they definitely helped with going through this. The reason I give 3 stars is due to ambiguous pricing of their services. For example, I initially paid a retainer for x amount and ended up paying more than double the original retainer amount. I chose not to bring it up as I do not like to question pricing when it comes to counsel and I know pricing is up but I feel it ended up being very expensive. If I knew up front that each email and correspondence to the attorney, I would limited the amount of emails sent.

My wife and I were stuck. We were unsure about how to create our respective wills in a way that would be fair and support the good relationships between the children in our blended family. Christine Cason Bishop, a managing partner, was outstanding in helping us to find a solution that we felt was fair for all involved.
