While the secretaries were kind and helpful, unfortunately the communication with Jody and his firm was horrendous. Multiple phonecalls and emails went unanswered, I was left in the dark as to what was going on, and ultimately I lost the buyer for a property I was selling because of the lack of progress and lack of communication. If the firm is too busy to get a job done in a timely way, this needs to be communicated to clients. I would not recommend this business if you need to actually get something done.

We just sold our house in Bethlehem and it was a nightmare full of miscommunication and antiquated techniques. If you are interested in ease and clarity with clear and open communication please avoid this firm, under any and all circumstances. It boils down to this statement (which is a direct quote from the Samaha firm): -- "Our firm is not yet registered to process electronic filing recordings and we simply have to do things the old fashioned way until we are forced to either do electronic filing or not do that kind of business." -- Electronic filing recordings of deeds and documents has been the RECOMMENDED medium since at least 2011!
