We tried Mr. Foster to do something very simple on in an estate law issue last year. I called him myself, I am being sworn in as an attorney in another state next month, so I know extensively about estate law. I spoke with him at length to fill him out for a trust that my elderly mother is being supported by until she passes. Mr. Foster on the phone told me many many positive things that he could do for us, so I gave my elderly mother the go ahead to go see him. He abused her and lack of experience and age against her in a way I’ve never seen another attorney do in my entire life. He lied to her so much that we should have reported his dishonest behavior to the Arkansas bar. My dad just passed away and I was in Colorado taking the bar myself. He talked her into signing a billing agreement,
Took my money and my case for two and a half years and when the going got tough, he dropped me like a hot potato after I had paid him over $12k and he gave the opposing attorneys all of my information. If I had it to do all over, I would have turned Jim Hyden into the bar association for several unethical practices! I would use this law firm to do anything with a trust or an estate... They take your money, promise you the world and then skip out and don't offer a refund. They good at billing you though and that's about it!
I tried to contact an attorney about setting up a gun trust. That's how I came across their page in the first place. I Googled gun trust attorney Arkansas. They told me I needed to speak with Phillip Miron. After calling several times and each time I was told he was in a meeting every time in which he would give me a call back. The "call back" never happened so I called back once more and his secretary informed me that she had spoken with him and that "he was not going to be able to help me." At this point I asked y'all do gun trusts? The lady said that she couldn't tell me that. I also asked why I was not told this the prior week? She also had no answer for that. Phillip Miron refused to help me with my request and his secretary was very unprofessional. I assume they didn't get in the bus
Extremely intelligent attorneys who perform excellent work and go out of their way to assist clients to help them get the best result possible. Highly recommend!!
Very good time with this young man!
