Scheduled a call with Keith after being recommended to. After asking me to start to tell him about the situation, he cuts in within less than a minute and was like no and hung up. I was so confused like I was recommended by a colleague, decent thing to do is to have a full conversation without taking over the call and ending it abruptly with no information, no referrals, just unprofessionalism. I initially called the prior week then was scheduled to call for the appointment therefore I should be allowed to speak. Honestly, I get a very sexist vibe from him. Seems he has issues listening, and allowing women to speak. Do not call him no matter who recommended him! Don’t waste your call with an intake and then with him.

Although Keith was very busy at the onset of our case, he ended up making time to see us, and eventually took us on as his clients. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything and he was always giving us options on what we could do with our case. We had some financial assistance with our legal insurance, which he gladly worked with. He did great work in our arbitration hearing.
