I called HLC after my father passed recently. During my consultation, I spoke to Ms. Chu for over an hour. She took her time, listened and answered every question that I had. As you can imagine, in a situation like this, there were a lot of questions. A few hours after I spoke to her, I located a treasure trove of information and I would not have been able to properly understand any of it if she hadn’t taken her time and thoroughly explained the process and what exactly we were dealing with.
