I would give 0 stars if I could. I felt dismissed. I felt unimportant. I felt my issue was beneath them and all I was worth was a cookie cutter script robo email. I feel like my issue wouldn't net them enough to take my case. It's ok, blessing in disguise! I want to do business with principle believers rather than profit seekers.
