I worked with Kelly and Lyn Hinojosa. They were excellent and worked very diligently on my case. One suggestion that they recommended, before my mom passed, made all the difference in my case. Any litigation is VERY expensive. They tried very hard to not spend my money unless they had to. I highly recommend them for any trust or will issues.

Spoke with Lynard Hinojosa today and was very disappointed. I have a Trust issue that is very straight forward and easy to comprehend. Lynard Hinojosa took it upon himself to ask me more personal questions than questions that have to deal with my case. He was basically sizing me up to see if I was someone he wanted to "help", without money coming into play. Instead of giving me advice from a lawyers point of view, he was acting like a prosecutor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! I was willing to pay him just to take a look at my paperwork and develop an expert opinion (whether good or bad) but he wasn't having it.
