Nikki was the worst lawyer I have ever hired !! Her assistant was better than she was. She required a 20,000 dollar retainer which I paid …. Then she showed up LATE to TWO of the two hearing with the judge which made the hearing be rushed and not all my issues were addressed. Then she talked me into an arbitration with a friend fake want to be judge … then betrayed me by sucking another 20K in fees out of me and two years of trying to get to the arbitration!! Then she QUIT me because she knew there was no way to win because of her sloppy work. Leaving me less than a week to try to find another lawyer !! She was more interested in a photo shoot in a Local magazine , her new partner and her husband the federal judge then helping me . Never use her because she is late and incompetent. SHE

Nicci was the biggest blessing for my relationship with my son. I moved here from Oregon after he was taken. Nicci was by my side through the toughest case that lasted years, but enabled me as the father to be custodial parent of my son. Me and u sons life is largely due to her support. We are forever grateful for her!

I was misled into believing I had no choice but to sign the decree as it was or I'd have to go to court. Hinderaker would not be able to continue as my attorney because she knew I could no longer afford her. The decree stated I didn't have to refinance my home which was critical for me to do so I'd be able afford to stay there. It's been about 18 months now & I'm having serious financial trouble because of her choice to fire me as a client when I could no longer afford her. At the time she accepted my promise to pay her my remaining balance as soon as I refinanced my home mortgage. I can't refinance because my home is attached to a business loan my ex has.

I scheduled an appointment with this attorney. My appointment was at 10:00 am. I showed up around 9:50 am. I was taken to the conference room where I waited until around 10:30 am with still no attorney there. I had stressed that I had a doctor’s appointment after the appointment. I sat around for 40 minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer so I got up and left. I found that to be very unprofessional. I would not recommend this attorney.

Ms. Hinderaker will gladly defend you even if, along the way, she discovers you're lying about absolutely everything. She puts her career above what she knows is right. Some might say that's a good quality for an attorney, so all I can say is hire her.
