Not impressed. One of the partners represented my sister in a family probate issue and didn’t seem to know anything about Massachusetts General Laws. He kept sending posturing, haphazard emails which contradicted each other and made little sense. He also attempted to strongarm my younger sister and I into signing forms, with the repercussions of not doing so being that we wouldn't receive estate distribution payments that we legally are to receive. He had no compassion, no listening skills … and what respectable law firm doesn’t send letters through the mail? Hard pass for me, would not recommend.
