Hilton Law Office

Horrible, just horrible. Had a family issue over a headright dispute. Brad advised on the action to take; documents created. I had a family squabble after docs created, however, it was resolved and his office was notified of the resolution BEFORE his office was even notified of the filing deadline date which was 30 days after that notice. I showed proof of the contact w/ my phone log. His office didn't file my challenge. They did not notify me about any of it until they sent me the dismissal of my challenge due to no challenge docs ever being received from his office. When I called and talked to him about the dismissal, that's when I learned he never filed my challenge. His office was late in sending me the notice of the dismissal so there was little time to recover before that deadline. B

Brad Hilton and anyone that works for this office should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. You take advantage of people at their lowest points and scam them out of their money.
