Was not transparent about sending receiving demand letters or responses from the opposing attorney. If this happens to you and he doesn’t want to resolve it, immediately consult a real lawyer and report this type of behavior to the State Bar of Georgia and also take action if legal malpractice is found. TJ I wish you the best and hope to hear back from you as it’s been a month and no status update of your demand letters after asking. I have a newborn child, caregiving for my Mom in a different state who suffered a stroke, and was illegally kicked out of my residence of 3 years with no valid reason and 100% landlord misconduct. Did a great job and I had a great outcome, better than I imagined. Was very efficient and made it stress free for myself.
