I found Hill & Ponton to be extremely effective. Their knowledge and experience saved me significant time and frustration in getting my VA claim approved. My advice to fellow veterans is to consult with Hill & Ponton before taking on the VA. While it is possible to handle the process independently, contacting them without delay is the best way to avoid common mistakes and achieve faster results.

This is a placeholder for when I need to come back and update my review as I have only recently started the process of appeal with H&P... So far, I have had SUPERB customer service. They have a phenomenally streamlined process, and when I tell you, it is extremely efficient and well executed. When organizations engage with vigor and are proactive, it makes me feel supported and at ease. I have invested a lot of time and emotional bandwidth to this cause for my disability claim and knowing it's in the right hands helps me be able to mentally disconnect from it and focus on other things.
