Terrible! They charged my mother's credit card $1,872 for a 50% down payment to do her trust and will. We met with them just one time for a consultation, no work was performed, and asked for a return when my mother became ill. We were told they could not refund my mother even though no legal work had been performed. At that time I expressed my frustration. Today Hildebrand Law Firm called and said they would charge my mother's card AGAIN. No work has been completed. Nothing. I called the firm back today and said if they charged her card again I would file an ethics complaint against the law firm. I would proceed very cautiously if you consider this law firm. My experience has not been good.
