I feel your office should have communicated if you were going to stop taking this insurance especially since we has already spoken with your staff and were in the process of deciding what services we wanted and what documents we would need. The list of documents was extensive and it is reasonable to expect that it would take a lay person some time to decide on matters as important as estate planning. I am not upset that you stopped taking the insurance but that your office knew we were in the process as we had given them the code for the insurance for billing only then they even sent us the agreement to sign. If we knew you were discontinuing this insurance, we would have had the chance to expedite our process prior to that. I feel this was a missed opportunity for a business as important
