I waited until after our loved one passed to post this review, so that I could report that Lindsay’s trust worked absolutely perfectly. If you haven’t done one of these yet, and you have a home or other assets, you need to! Her flat fee included not only the trust, but the pour over will, the document I needed to handle the cremation, powers of attorney, and living wills. I’ve been a guardian and a power of attorney for my disabled brother, and never had such an easy time of it as I’ve been having with this trust. And Lindsay actually came out to finish up the paperwork, as Jim wasn’t able to leave the home very easily. It was urgent at the time, even though he ended up living another three months. multi family situation. wifes grandmother paid deposit when we moved in. apon moving out, wifes father talked to them. one of the ladies said i had called and asked for the deposit to be paid to me. never made that call. when i called and asked about it she said she was "pretty sure" it was me. also said she "usually keeps pretty good notes". when asked where the notes were she told me they were not with hwr anymore. huh... also have heard from other people that they are incompitent. many property owners are taking their rentals out of their services and they are running the business into the ground. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

The lady in there was really friendly, and helpful! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't know that 2 collection companies were charging me twice for the same bill! I wish I knew her name so I could give her kudos and thank her!

Ladies are very friendly and helpful, enjoy speaking with them, place is clean and welcoming.
